Cirrus SR22 G6 Visit

The August Lilydale  Flying Club BBQ was transferred from Sunday 13 to Saturday 12 in order to co-incide with a visit from a new Generation 6 Cirrus SR22. Cirrus Melbourne’s Charles Gunter flew the plane up from Moorabbin and gave LFC members the chance to have a look over this very sophisticated big single. It was a reasonable turn-out for a chilly day, and BBQ king Pat Urquhart didn’t have any snags left at the end of the day.

Here are some images from the day taken by club member Kevin Hanrahan.

Jono and Graeme consider the new Cirrus. As good as a Bonanza?

The BBQ crowd enjoyed a few good snags despite the brisk wind.

The visiting SR22 showed some very sleek line.
